Offshore/Onshore SD/ Plant Turnaround / Revamp &Rejuvenation project. I have extensive knowledge and experience in Deep Water construction on Semi-Submersible FPS, Topside and Jacket installation, HUC & Infill flowlines installation, Offshore Fixed Pla8orm Expansion Work, Offshore S Lay and J Lay with Riser Installation, Offshore crane fabrication, Testing and Inspection, Tank pre-fabrication/site erection, Piping prefabrication/erection, Pressure Vessel fabrication and repair, Hot tapping/bolting activity etc. Fair knowledge in international codes of practice such as ASME, AWS, PD5500, PTS, API, ISO, AD2000, TRD, TEMA, DIN, EN, JWES And AS related to the design, fabrication, inspection and testing standards (ASTM) with respect to QA/QC activities. I am also well versed in WPS, Heat Treatment, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods such as RT, MT, PT, UT, B-Scan, C-Scan, D-scan, Advanced NDT such as MFL, IRIS, Boroscope, as well specialized methods like TOFD UT on pressure vessels/piping, Phased array UT by intelligent pigging, SLOFEC Tank Floor inspection. Good knowledge in surface preparation/ painting/coating activities.
