About 12+ years' experience in oil and gas, petrochemical and power plant Projects with position Material or Corrosion Engineer. And internship program at PT. Badak NGL, one of Natural Gas Liquefaction plant in Indonesia, the job desk is related to RBI which is to resume inspection data (UT thickness of piping) and the visual condition of the external piping (insulated or non-insulated). Has experience for selection of material for several equipment and piping. Familiar with applicable oil and gas industrial code and standards design such as: NACE, SSPC, ASME, API, NFPA, EN, ISO and Indonesian regulations. Responsible for project document preparation such as material selection philosophy, material selection diagram, project specification for Painting/Coating, Project Specification for Thermal insulation, Project specification for Fireproofing, cathodic protection, equipment data sheet, material requisition and vendor technical bid evaluation. Able to operate Corrosion prediction software (ECE5 & Freecorp) AutoCAD, Thermal Insulation software such as 3EPlus. Having capability to perform analysis / study in Material/Corrosion/Failure analysis: • Failure analysis related to the metallic material • Material study / material selection philosophy • Material selection diagram • Coating selection philosophy • Coating failure analysis • Thermal insulation calculation (by 3Eplus software) • Corrosion rate calculation by ECE5 software and manual spreadsheet based on de waard williams co2 corrosion. • Assessment for remaining life piping/equipment based on historical inspection data. • Fireproofing material review.
