I have worked experience in both Offshore and Onshore environment in Oil & Gas industry. 16 years extensive experience with in the Oil and Gas Industry, I am able to multi tasks in area such as Process, Mechanical Piping & Electrical drafting & design. That has included drafting / checking / developing Process Engineering deliverables like P&ID's, PFD's, UFD and PSFD's. In addition, Process Safety Layouts like Fire & Gas Detection, Emergency Equipment Exit, Fire Fighting, Hazardous Area Classification and Fire Protection layouts during various phases of projects like FEED, Detail Design & Engineering and As-built for Upstream and Downstream operation, Gas development and Petrochemical Plant and Power Plants. Experience in leading a Process Design team execute multiple projects, interfacing with other disciplines and other offices, evaluating progress and early identification of potential problems. Essential skills knowledge with significant experience in developing Piping drawings from sketches and engineering information. Ability to understand the overall plant layout, plot plan, key plans, the equipment location, piping arrangement, sections and elevation, pipe routing, support and isometrics. The duties include use of 2D and 3D design tools to develop mechanical systems, prepare equipment and piping layouts from conceptual information to final construction documents, and utilize advanced software to complete assignments with strong CAD skills. Interprets and ensures conformance to applicable standards and codes of Shell Design and Engineering Practice (DEP), Petronas Technical Standard (PTS), ANSI, ISO etc. Making the site visit on Offshore and Onshore, inclusive of walk downs of current systems, locate tie-ins, measuring and writing up the site report. Preparing and compiling As-Built drawings at fieldwork during and upon completion of projects. Occasional trips to Client offices for detail design reviews.
