I have more than Twenty years of experience in both oil& Gas and petrochemical companies as a mechanical Rotating Equipment Engineer. Around 10 years’ experience in senior level and support operation process team and 10 years field experience at remote area of troubleshooting. Currently I am working in OQ RPI & Plastics. as a Sr. Mechanical (Rot. Eq.) in Oman Fahud NGLE plant
I'm responsible for the following: -
• Provide maintenance discipline expertise and support plant areas to ensure continuous improvement in maintenance activity by reviewing all MCP's and maintenance item task list.
• Reviewing all the long term and call off contract for all critical equipment.
• Contribute to development of CBM & PM schedule plane and procedures.
• Provide technical support and raise MOC for improving the equipment and system reliability.
• Review suppliers T.B and technical proposals.
• Set discipline maintenance direction and input to maintenance overhauls strategies.
• Participated in RCM project for NGLE plant for reviewing CMMS asset verification, criticality and PMO
• Monitoring the rotating equipment (Pumps, Fans, Compressors, Turbo-Expander &Turbines) performance using system one 3500 and process book ( PI) system.
• Participate in RCFA team as subject matter experience for critical Rotating equipment failures.
• Acting as Maintenance lead.
