About
20 years of experience in the Oil and Gas and Renewables, Windfarm Fabrication. I started my career as Welding Foreman, Welding Supervisor progressing to Senior Welding Inspector. I am experienced in construction supervision and inspection and worked on many multi-national projects. I am focused on quality, safety, results, a strategic thinker and decisive person. My experience involves fabrication of Topside Module, Jacket Structure, Living Quarter, Subsea Modules, Pipe Rack, E-House, Wind Farm Jacket and Transition Piece. Can interpret structural and piping drawings accurately and with ease. I am qualified and experienced in surveillance and review of NDT methods e.g., MT, PT, UT and RI and their related records. I am versed and conversant with various international fabrication codes and standards such as ASME IX, AWS D1.1, DNV-OS-F101, BS EN ISO 5817, DNV GL OS C401 etc. My experience also includes inspection welding machines and equipment; I am highly competent in a variety of welding techniques and processes such as SMAW (MMA), MIG, TIG, MIG, SAW, FCAW-GS and FCAW SS. I have a good understanding Siemens Requirements of critical interface tolerances; witness and provided detailed report of full internal E&I and dimension inspections of 52 Transition Pieces to ensure compliance with SGRE requirements.
