Responsible for leading and establishing the criteria, work flow process, procedures and reporting that form the basis of contract compliant Completions process, this entails completions management driven by discipline based installation process validation, functional checkout of asset identification, scope delineations and deliverables by module and subsystems in conjunction with establishing a Completions Data Management System that accurately identifies the scope of the project deliverables.
The associated workflow processes have been meticulously established, resulting in a 'Lean' Completions Management that allows open work fronts in the field and expeditiously validates the Facility Permanent works based on the Pinnacle Document Concept.
This has been established based on modular LNG Design and utilizes a dual delta concept. It allows for the early assignment of module-level allocations in parallel with systemization, thereby removing the constraints of initial subsystem-to-asset assignments.
The dual approach to asset assignment, Module versus Subsystem, has enabled accelerated work package development in the Asian fabrication facilities before the IFC drawing release of Subsystem limit completion, resulting in a 120-day reduction in fabrication package development time to meet the fabrication Schedule.
Provided meticulous Completions planning resulting in efficient execution of Completions workflow processes, procedures, and department setup and development on location in China, Canada, and the USA, with a demanding project schedule that was successfully maintained, demonstrating a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Revalidation Project Manager

Responsible for the award of all three Phases: Phase 1.1 advanced planning, Phase 1.2 site execution of revalidation processing, in addition to Phase 2.0 initiation of asset failure replacement engineering, procurement, reception, installation, and pre-comm, dynamic function verification of Golden Pass LNG Existing facilities award value above 70 USD.
Responsible for the Advanced Work Package, which includes existing facilities' Validation process, Conceptualization, Development, Work Face, nomenclature, and model utilization with Smart Plant implementation in generating Work Face planning to support Advanced Work Package processing in advance of deployment to the site for the second phase of the Validation project.
Advanced Work Package processing was utilized to generate revalidation Work Packages, enabling GPX to verify that the pre-field deployment planning for all facets of the Revalidation Scope had been completed.
Authored and led the generation of scoping narratives, execution planning, procedures, and collective cost and risk mitigations that resulted in contract award of additional phases of works from GPX to Kent PLC.
Phase 1.2 field execution utilized the AWP Revalidation Packages maintained in Hexagon Smart Plant, allowing GPX to provide electronic access to completed Golden Pass facilities Revalidation packages to FERC, PEMSA, and regional, as well as national, regulatory agencies, resulting in the expedited resolution of regulatory queries.
All scope of assets revalidation was inclusive of Revalidation AWP Advanced Work Packaging, awarded to Kent PLC for utilization in existing Regas facilities to validate the existing facilities' permanent works as fit for use in LNG Export production by the Golden Pass Operating entity to support Trains 1, 2, and 3 production.
Responsible for ensuring management system processes, sequenced priority focus, and contract compliance are safely maintained and executed, providing for a seamless transition between execution, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning in conjunction with delivering regional FERC-PHMSA compliance through the Revalidation process.
Provided management and leadership, which formed a basis for Zero "LTIR" and Lost Time Incident Recordables for exceeding 100,000 person-hours performed over a 12-month field execution period while maintaining +12.5% production in advance of the planned schedule.
Manage Construction, CSU, and Engineering resources, developing Completion processes throughout the revalidation project's replacement in kind, "RIK" decommissioning material and equipment removal, material and equipment re-installation execution, pre-commissioning, and static and dynamic commissioning function testing.
Golden Pass LNG, Revalidation Project was awarded two independent project level safety awards for "0" LTIR within a 12-month execution period, for a work force exceeding 120, these achievements were Team based and no singular employee produced event, it does however reflect my commitment to lead and support safe work process efficiently flows in very time constrained environments with challenging scope of activities.

Manage Phase 2 Completions scope development, systemization, and workflow processing, focusing on establishing the efficiency of interfaces and the associated certification and validation processes across multiple contract entities.
Manage and close out onsite Phase 1 completions work processes, ensuring the sequencing and priority of system completion processing are maintained and supporting a seamless transition between Execution, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning.
Provide the Contractor with a resource for developing Lean Completions processes throughout the Project's execution, pre-commissioning, and Commissioning phases.
Project Phase 1 was completed on schedule.
The Phase 2 Completions portion was provided to the Engineering Department for inclusion in the "Work Face" Planning for the Installation, Erection, Connection, and Commissioning of the permanent Phase 2.0 Work Packages. It was developed, validated, and handed over to the Company as "DFO" for future utilization on schedule.
Note: This scope was facilitated in 2020 with minimal onsite personnel to support the project scope reduction efforts due to COVID conditions in the Permian Basin.

Responsible for leading Contractor, Air Liquide, in developing road Maps, procedures, and training Air Liquide Personnel in Work Face development, asset indexing, nomenclature identification, establishing bench marking engineering execution processing for asset registry and engineering function code golden rules, established, management, led and sponsored AWP workshops and integrated team training to stand up and insure AWP was successfully implemented utilizing "Project Road Map for Category III Project execution".
Package development was established in Smart Plant in conjunction with asset nomenclature management during the early Engineering feed in MS Access 2010. It was then transitioned to and successfully maintained and managed in Smart Plant Foundation, utilizing an Oracle 9i database for storage, with Smart Plant EFI and TEF front-end access.
Ensured Contractors' contractual compliance with project completion programatics were inclusive and provided a basis for a safe and seamless transition between Execution, Precommissioning, Commissioning, and Operations, and that all supporting requirements were inclusive of Systemization-based nomenclature assigned in Work Face review breakdowns, which addressed the following aspects of completions: QA-QC generated and approved ITPs, Pre-Com DOR, Dynamic Opercom and RFSU contractual gateway requirements, and addressed and, where required, inclusive to AWP.
