In my recent role as a Protégé in Product Support (Aftersales), I contributed to various key initiatives, including extracting and compiling invoice data to support campaign incentive validation, and collaborating on the enhancement of Preventive Maintenance (PM) pricing templates for multiple machine categories to meet internal and customer-specific needs. I actively supported customer data management by accurately updating account details and sourcing critical information, coordinated with the sales team to ensure up-to-date customer contact information, and assisted in tagging analysis by compiling Parts and Repair (PAR) data for improved service tracking. I also maintained communication with the person in charge to follow up on machine overhaul or repair status updates, ensuring timely information flow to support aftersales operations.
