Participated on megaprojects > 20 billion USD Capex, LNG, FLNG, Refinery, Offshore, Pipelines, EOR, Production, Power generation. accountable for: o Leads the project team to safely execute Capital Projects according to COMPANY Projects Management System. o Identifies project risks (scope, cost, schedule, quality, etc.) and develops mitigation strategies o Responsible for delivering projects that are Safe, Reliable, Operable, Cost effective, and Timely. o Prepare and support EPC tendering process, it includes engineering for both greenfield and brownfield projects and are awarded under separate work packs. o Responsible for all activities under contract including engineering and leading engineering team covering, Pre-FEED, FEED and Detail Engineering, Procurement support and Construction Supervision. o Champions safety through visible leadership including mentoring, coaching, recognition, participation in safety meetings o Review/approve key project deliverables (project execution plan, QA/QC plan, constructability review, etc.) o Ensure the development and execution of project deliverables, including as minimum -Project Objectives & Strategies -Project Plan -Project Design Basis -Facilities Design Basis -Construction Plan -PHA / HAZOP/HAZID/3D reviews/ SIL -Startup and Commissioning Plan -Pre-Startup Safety Review -Management of Change (Interface Register, Technical Queries, Deviation request, SCN update etc) -MDR progress, Key deliverables milestone between contractors -Define DDM (document distribution matrix) -Gate approval, QA/QC Audits, PEER reviews, Stakeholders Meetings, KPIs, etc o Work with and steward EPC contractor to deliver safe execution of project facilities o Steward project safety, quality, cost and schedule performance o Communicate timely project status to all stakeholders, report any anticipated deviations
