Over twenty-one (21) years experiences in process piping design of Offshore and Petrochemical facilities in green field and brown field. Earlier seven (7) years was spent in other general engineering field and fourteen (14) years in Offshore and Onshore engineering work – SmartPlant3D, E3D, PDMS designing work, management and site work for piping. Has the ability and experienced to perform equipment layout, piping general arrangement, isometric drawings, material take-off and pipe support detail, Hole Management Also possess extensive experience and knowledge in using PDMS and MDS, Aveva Clash Manager, Micro Station & Computer Aided Design and drafting system (CAD) and Smart Plant 3D-design and report In addition to that, I also have experienced in preparing the deliverable (MDR), man hours estimation, material take-off for piping and support structure (MTO) and estimating for bidding and proposal activities which among others includes the preparation of quotation and cost breakdown for the project. In relation to site survey verification works, as-built piping, site supervision and coordinating with sub-contractor on fabrication work.
