About

  1. Responsible in ensuring compliance of all licenses/permit under the Group including coordinate and prepare on the license fee rebate submission.
  2. Provide consultation on new licenses or new business for the company and its subsidiaries.
  3. Monitoring of relevant licensing used in other countries and regulations Assigned to prepare SOP for the company.
  4. Responsible for managing any issue and communications if the need arises with relevant statutory bodies
  5. Responsible in preparation, guiding on the reporting and managing a timely submission of documents including advising internal stakeholders on ensuring compliance and accessed the reporting to identify/determine compliance risk in particular for new ventures/requirement reporting.
  6. Managing enquiries/consultation firm/to internal stakeholders and engagement with the stakeholders.
  7. Assist on investigation of the Enforcement Agencies.
  8. Responsible in managing data verification exercise and dealer certification programme.
  9. Assigned to prepare Standard Operating Procedures for the company.
  10. Provide briefing session to all new XOX staff about the compliance to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
  11. Planning and implementing dealer audit to mitigate non-compliance among the dealers and managing dealer certification as well as data verification projects.
  12. Advice and assist in drafting and implementation of Privacy Policy and T&C of company products and services.
