As a Training Manager at Qoshki Dive Team, I embraced a transformative career break to immerse myself fully as a Technical SCUBA Diving Trainer, specializing in Deep Decompression Diving. Certified by Technical Diving International (TDI), I take pride in contributing to public awareness of technical diving practices and standards in Malaysia. My dedication to creating a secure and supportive learning environment has resulted in a spotless safety record and a 100% passing rate for individual student achievements.

My journey extends to the corporate world, where I served as an Offshore Project Engineer at PETRONAS. Over the years, I led numerous successful Construction Turnaround Projects and Offshore Topside Maintenance, consistently delivering projects within schedule, budget, and scope while maintaining a strong focus on safety. My keen eye for detail and implementation of risk management strategies led to a substantial reduction in risk incidents.

In my role as a Client Site Representative, I led a team of 200 construction personnel, ensuring the seamless execution of offshore platform Turnaround & Maintenance projects with zero lost time incidents. My ability to foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration has been invaluable in achieving project milestones while adhering to stringent safety standards.
