Detail-oriented and proactive process engineer with 3 years of experience in process engineering design. Involved in various stages of project execution, which includes Feasibility / Conceptual Design, Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Detailed Design Engineering (DDE). Familiar in most Oil & Gas industrial code and standards, e.g. API Recommended Practices and Standards, PETRONAS Technical Standards (PTS) and GPSA. Currently working at SBM Offshore and assisting Lead and Senior Engineers in various process design engineering activities. The detailed design engineering experience includes but are not limited to the following type of work: 1. Development of process simulation models (steady state / dynamic) 2. Preparation of Heat and Material Balance (HMB) which includes use of steady state process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS 3. Preparation of technical process drawings, e.g. PFD, PSFD, P&ID, CEM, SAFE Chart 4. Preparation of process equipment sizing (e.g. 2-phase separators, gas scrubbers, etc) and major process line sizing calculations 5. Preparation of relief, blowdown and vent / flare studies, which include low temperature and hydrate studies 6. Development of flare network models for offshore facilities 7. Development of steady state pipeline hydraulic models (single branch / network)
