I am a senior techno-functional professional with 14+ years of experience in project management and technical support for mechanical engineering projects in the power plant, desalination plant & natural gas pipeline industries. My expertise lies in Industrial standards and International codes with proficiency in NDT analysis and techniques, Visual Welding Inspection, ASTM, ASME Sec I, Sec II, Sec V, Sec VIII, Sec IX, B31.1, B31.3, B31.8 & NFPA

I have piloted mechanical engineering activities including erection, installation, fabrication, welding, painting, insulation, inspection, and hydro testing of power boilers, turbine-high/low-pressure piping, natural gas pipeline, and static and firefighting equipment. I have managed EPC project activities and developed and reviewed engineering schedules, progress reports, manpower forecasting, risk assessment and mitigation plans, and quality assurance.

My key projects include 2800 MW-4*700 Sub critical boiler - Oil Fired in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia for SEC - Saudi Electricity Company; ARAMCO – Natural Gas Pipe Line, PRS Skid – Pressure Reducing Station in Dammam, Saudi Arabia; 3100 MW-5*620- Super critical Boiler-Power & Desalination Plant, MSF - 94,360 m3/day in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia for SWCC - Saline Water Conversion Corporation; 2892 MW-4*723 Supercritical boiler - Oil Fired in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for SEC - Saudi Electricity Company; 32 & 22 TPH – Coal – Fired Boiler in Mumbai, India for Ruchi Soya Industries; and 3*200 MW and 4*500 MW Manufacturing of liners and engineered fabrication-India for L&T Ltd, Tata Power, and NTPC Projects.

I have successfully completed the project control team's tasks for the power plant and desalination plant, ensuring all mechanical/piping work was completed to the highest standards. I have provided technical support for scope of work preparation, design reviews, and reverse engineering of existing plants, leading to cost reduction. I have responded to pre-bid clarifications and explained the scope of work to contractors, resulting in a smoother bidding process. I have also conducted yearly outage inspections in plant static equipment for all PMs Preventive Maintenance and CMs, Corrective Maintenance resulting in the reduction of maintenance costs.
