I have experience as Professional Inspection during 16 years. I first career as Inspection Engineer in Methanol plant in Bontang, East Kalimantan.

I upgrade my professional skill in Welding (CSWIP 3.1), Non-Destructive Test (ASNT PT, UT, RT, MT Level II), Coating (NACE CIP Level II), ISO Auditor, Rotating (Migas), etc.

1.      CUI assessment and re-placing line pipe in line process area

2.      Re-coating for internal storage tank

3.      Re-lining for condenser and desalination unit

4.      Re-coating basin floor and sanitation

5.      Material selection and detail design for striped vessel

6.      Re-coating thermal indicator paint for reactor reformer unit.

7.      Monitoring and replacement sacrificial anode for line process, battery limit and jetty area.

8.      Remaining life assessment for Asset life study program. (RBI for quality based).

9.      Re-placement reformer tube due to high temperature corrosion (Creep, bulging before crack or broken).

10.  Inject sealant for bottom floating storage tanks. (Crevice corrosion protector).

11.  Install wrapping protector (STOPAQ brand) for splash zone area and cryogenic service.

12.  Leader shut down plant for utility and process area.

13.  Advance coating application for Fusion Bonding Epoxy (FBE) for straight and bend pipe for offshore pipeline. 

14.  Concrete Weight Coating (CWC) application for offshore pipeline.

15.  Anode installation for offshore pipeline.

16.  Heat Shrink Sheet (HSS) and High-Density Polyurethane (HDPU) application for offshore pipeline installation.

17.  Neoprene rubber application for splash zone area in offshore pipe sea spools.

18.  CSR for hook up installation stage for offshore platform installation.

19.  Re-certification fire boiler and heating boiler.

20.  Coating survey for evaluation performance, upgrade and modification specification.

21.  Monitoring galvanizing project for light steel structure. (Handrail, grating, stairway, and frame structure set)

22.  Monitoring application and evaluation coating work for paint system atmospheric, submerse, and high temperature operation. 

23.  Repair/re-condition and testing check valve, Pressure Safety Valve, and Butterfly Valve.

That all my experience when I still remember. Beside I still joint Medco Energi as Senior Offshore QC Inspector, I moreover as Industry Practitioners Lecture in UNTANG University in Surabaya in Mechanical Engineer department for Corrosion, Metallurgy and pump & compressor lesson.
