My role involved managing all commercial activities related to engineering work, from preparing RFQs to selecting and finalizing vendor quotes for outsourcing, invoicing and payment follow-up. My comprehensive knowledge of the commercial and financial aspects of the marine business, combined with my technical expertise, has enabled me to deliver turnkey Green technology marine retrofits/ upgrades and decarbonization projects.
