Have handled the piping and mechanical department as HOD for more than 15 years and had also held the responsibility of HOD for both P&M and Civil and structural for 4+ years. Have been actively involved in the development of business plans for the departments, development of resources, execution of projects and business development activities, and P&L for the disciplines.
Also worked as project manager/ engineering manager for projects and responsible as project owner for all projects managed by reporting team. Profound Piping engineering background and understanding of engineering functions across different disciplines combined with the ability to coordinate within and among different disciplines for successful project execution.
