I am a Structural Engineering Manager with 13 years of experience delivering complex offshore wind, CCS, and oil & gas projects across Asia and Europe. My career has been built on leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams, managing global EPC contractors, and driving safe, certifiable, and high-quality structural solutions for large-scale energy assets.

At Ørsted, I led the structural delivery for two HVDC Offshore Converter Stations under the Hornsea 3 and Sunrise Wind projects—achieving on-time design milestone completion, improving interface efficiency and securing full UK HSE design acceptance with no major findings. I co-steered DNV-SE-0190 certification, resolved 50+ engineering queries to reduce rework by 15%, and delivered safe loadout, sailaway, and installation of OCS structures from Thailand and Romania to Norway.

Previously at PETRONAS, I played a pivotal role in the Kasawari CCS FEED, delivering audit-ready designs aligned with API/ISO standards and driving project cost compression. I also served as Structural Focal Engineer for PETRONAS’ first offshore wind pilot in Sarawak, advancing the technology to TRL 6 and contributing to the company’s long-term renewable roadmap. My work included leading decommissioning and repurposing studies for 26 offshore assets and championing digital innovation through PISARES, securing funding to develop a structural integrity decision-support system.
