Planning, Controlling, Monitoring and Schedule the work and Efficiently Organize the site / facilities in order to meet an agreed programme of deadlines by Reporting Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
Duties Include approval of Construction Modifications, Drawings and checking material quantities, types and suitability.
In addition, I have marked up as builds and generally been solving installation / design problems throughout the site.
Getting the work done by the contractor as per the scope of work & standard of project procedures.
Plan and Coordinate activity around all other site and workshop activities.
Coordinating with engineering team for Technical Queries/Clarification.
Pipeline Construction Activities following to Intermediate Point, Turning Point, Pipe Welding, Radiography, Joint Coating,
ROW, Trench Marking & Excavation, Pipe Stringing, Pipe Pull through Checking, Holiday Test, Lowering of Pipeline, Hydro Testing & Pre-Commissioning.
Follow up the Final Reinstatement, Test Package Punch List Closure Work and Mechanical Commissioning Completion (MCC) Activities and Pre-Commissioning (Hydro Testing) Activities.
Hydro testing & Pre-Commissioning of Cross-country Pipeline & Station Piping Erection Works.
Pre-Commissioning work followed to Slop Pump final alignment, Slop Tank final Box-Up, Mono Rail Load Test, Corrosion Inhibitor Pressure Test and Nitrogen Leak Test.
