My name is Hari Guspratomo, I graduated from Budi Luhur University, Majoring Information Systems in 2007. Currently I work as a Manager Operation and Maintenance Fiber Optic at PT. Inti Bangun Sejahtera, Tbk. I have experience as a competent Manage Nationwide both side (customer and partner) and Have experience working in the Telecommunications sector for more than 12 years. I am a person with personality and confidence when dealing directly with Customers or partners. My main task is to ensure performance partners run well, responsive, periodically update the progress, MTTR achieved and repetitive issues decreased. I am accustomed to working under pressure from Customer or Internal and I have good skills in providing reports as Customer Needs. Besides that, I have good ability in problem solving, Persuasive Communication, Networking, Creative and Hardworking, Teamwork, Decision Maker, Emotional Intelligence.
