As a passionate and driven fresh graduate in Human Resources, I have developed a strong foundation in HR operations and administrative management through diverse experiences. Currently, I am honing my skills as a Graduate Executive Trainee (GET) at PNB, where I actively support three recruiters in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding. Previously, I served as an Administrative Assistant at MK Meridin Corporation, where I was entrusted with the operational management of a condominium building, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication with residents. My journey in HR began during my internship as an HR Generalist at Pathgreen Energy Sdn Bhd, where I gained invaluable exposure to various HR functions, including employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance. These roles have equipped me with a versatile skill set, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, all of which I am eager to leverage in contributing to the success of dynamic organizations.
