I am Retno Syaputra, a versatile and passionate professional with extensive experience in the oil & gas, energy, power, and mining industries. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gadjah Mada University, complemented by a Professional Engineer Program and ongoing Doctoral studies in Industrial Engineering. I am certified as a Professional Engineer (IPM), ASEAN Engineer, and Asia-Pacific Engineer, reflecting my commitment to engineering excellence.

Throughout my career, I have developed expertise in areas such as engineering design, project management, construction, commissioning, and plant maintenance. My professional journey includes roles such as Senior Maintenance Planner at Angola LNG, Project and Operation Manager at MASDAR Mitra Solar Radiance, and Construction and Commissioning Engineer for the Southeast Asia Mega Project Central Java Power Plant (2 x 1000 MW). These experiences have honed my ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, execute complex projects, and implement efficient maintenance strategies.
