Over 11 years of experience in cycles Instrumentation and Control Systems Project activities. Wide understanding
of Instrumentation and Control System, including but not limited to Field Instrument and Control System aspect at
different stages of Project until completion (FEED, Detail Engineering, HAZOP, FAT, Construction & Pre-
Commissioning, Commissioning & Start-Up).
Hands-on experience to typical task for Control System and Automation engineer, i.e.: Control System Architecture,
Programming/ Control logic implementation and troubleshooting. Familiar with Automation System (DCS and
Safety System) mostly with Yokogawa DCS, Yokogawa Prosafe-RS, Emerson Delta-V DCS & SIS and also conversant with kinds of Control System integration with interfacing to other Control System or other
Package System (Compressor's PLC, Tank-Gauging, Machinery Protection System (GE Bently-Nevada 3500 and
System 1), Analyzer Houses/Building, Metering System, etc).
Experiences on Safety Life Cycle as per IEC 61511 and IEC 61508, SIL classification, SIL verification and SIF
design. Participate and contributing on PHA, LOPA, HAZOP, HAZID, etc. Competence with Instrument Calculation
software and Instrument Database software mostly with InstruCalc.
Competence on Typical task for Field Instrumentation engineer, i.e. Field Instrument (Transmitter, Control and On
Off Valves, Gauges and Fire and Gas devices, Analyzer, etc.) Specification, Requisition, Technical Bid Evaluation,
Datasheet and Calculation. Instrumentation design review for Package Vendor Equipment (i.e. Gas Turbine
Generator, Gas Turbine Compressor, Steam turbine Generator, Waste Heat Boiler, Thermal Oxidizer, Water
Treatment Package, Flare Ignition Package, HVAC, etc.).
Conversant with International Codes and Standard such as ASME/ANSI, API, ATEX, ISA, ISO, IEC, AGA, GPA,
NEC, NFPA, ITU and other international codes and standards applicable for Instrumentation & Control System
design used in Refinery, Petrochemical, and Oil and Gas Industry. Deep understanding of Hazardous area
classification and protection method.
Have good coordination and communication with other disciplines as Engineer and Lead Engineer. Experience on
construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases, review Material Handling Facilities, Methodology and
Requirements for Fabrication, Installations and Operation where applicable
