Quality Control during manufacture • Technical Audit (External & Internal) • Provide and analysis Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and Inspection Test Report (ITR) • Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) & Procedure Qualification Report (PQR), Welder Qualification Test (WQT), Welding process, equipment, material, consumable and their behavior during welding • Destructive testing of materials and welded joints • Can use and know to operate some NDT/ inspection tools. • Provide and analysis Non-Conformance Report (NCR), Construction Surveillance Programs (CSP), Preventive Action Request (PAR), Project Monitoring Action Report (PMAR) and analysis Construction Action Report (CAR) • Provide Regulation Indonesia: Persetujuan Layak Operasi (PLO) & Certification of Inspection (COI) PermenESDM 32/2021 • Design, Fabrication, and assessment of welded pressure equipment (Piping, Pipeline, Boiler, Pressure Vessel,and Storage Tank) • Design, Inspection and Testing commissioning of Rotating Equipment (Pumps, Compressor, Fans, Motors, etc
