With 18-year experience in conceptual studies, FEED and detail design, vendor evaluation, supervision on 3D model, engineering support to design and fabrication of mechanical Static, rotary, HVAC systems and packaged equipment within offshore and onshore oil & gas (Brownfield / Greenfield) and petrochemical EPC Projects. PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY • Technical leadership and managing multidiscipline engineering team for doing detail engineering activities of offshore oil and field projects (brownfield and greenfield). • Engineering and procurement of static equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, elevated tanks, air coolers, pig launchers/receivers, etc. • Engineering and procurement of rotary equipment including centrifugal pumps (horizontal and vertical), fire water pumps, positive displacement pumps, gear pumps and rotary pumps. • Engineering and procurement of process packages including oil and gas separators, FWKO, slug catcher, crude dehydrator, desalters, flare systems, oily water treatment packages (hydro cyclones), gas dehydration units (GDU), fuel gas treatment packages, chemical injection packages, waste heat recovery unit (WHRU), etc. • Engineering and procurement of utility packages including diesel generator package, nitrogen generation package, instrument air package, potable water maker (RO), Heli-fuel package, diesel supply package, pedestal cranes, overhead travelling cranes, etc. • Design of HVAC systems using HAP and procurement of HVAC equipment such as Fan Coil Unit (FCU), Air Handling Unit (AHU), Air Cooled Condensing Unit (ACCU), Chilled Water Units (CWU), Dampers, louvres, etc • Design and hydraulic calculation of hot/cold water plumbing systems and preparing procurement documents including Datasheet, MR and MTO. • Experienced in utilizing various company specifications such as TOTAL and SHELL. • Experienced in working as a joint venture in detail engineering of offshore projects with international firms and consultants such as SAIPEM, TECHNIP, WORLEY, TES, SEHWA and OCEANUS. • Proficient in use of international codes and standards including ASME VIII Div. 1&2, API, TEMA, ASHRAE, IPC, NACE, NFPA, NORSOK, ANSI, BS, DIN and familiar with PED • Proficient in preparing engineering documents including Specification, Calculation Book, Reports, Datasheet, D&ID, Air Flow Diagram, MR, MTO, TBE, etc. for static, rotary, HVAC and package equipment. • Preparing 2D drawings using AutoCAD and 3D modelling using SolidWorks. • Monitoring project activities within the planned time and budget schedule in accordance with approved client specifications. • Experienced in stress and thermal analysis using FEA via ANSYS software package. • Attending in clarification meetings with clients, subcontractors and Vendors for closing out bottlenecks. • Experienced in layout study including safety, mechanical handling and maintenance requirements • Experienced in P&ID review, attending in HAZOP, HAZID and model review meetings. • Participate in pre-commissioning activities to minimize commissioning scope • Attending in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) • Assessment of vendor abilities for manufacturing and construction of rotary equipment and packages. • Vendor data and proposal review and preparing Technical Clarifications (TC) on Vendors' proposals and review TC responses (TCR) • Supervision on Vendor Data Incorporation (VDI) in the 3D model. • Performing accurate site surveys and preparing solution to Site Technical Queries (STQ).
