Gained valuable experience and maturity in skill support and engineering experience to resolve engineering, construction and commissioning issues for both Oil, Gas and Utility Industry. These experiences has enable to make various matured decision and recommendations through experience, calculations and sound engineering judgment that are factual, practical and logical. During his tenure with various organizations, was assigned in the following responsible positions as: − Offshore Installation Engineer/ Hook Up & Commissioning Engineer − Project / Costing Engineer − Electrical Hook Up Engineer − Electrical Design Engineer − Electrical System Engineer • Registered with BEM and IEM for 11 Years. • 6 years of site experience in Oil and Gas industry o 3 years' Brownfield Hook-Up and Commissioning experience for fields such as Seligi, Raya and Tg Baram. o 3 years' Greenfield Hook-Up and Commissioning experience for Kebabangan field. o 2 years' involvement in Electrical Substation Systems (Utilities). In the responsible of the positions states above, managed various sub-contracts for executing various services demanded by the project. Evaluate and normalize both technically and commercially the various sub-contract and services required for the project. Posses experience in development and review of Provision of Engineering and Technical Consultancy i.e. on Development Concept Selection based of Project Economics and Schedule, Planning, Project Co-ordination, Engineering. Moreover also poses experience in development of Task Analyses TA, Job Hazard Analyses JHAs, Transportation and Installation Work Procedures and Work Method Statements (WMS), Pre-Work Risk Assessments, jobcard preparation, Hook- Up Workpack and Commissioning Start Up Workpack. Posess good knowledge of applicable design standards covering engineering and applicable accessories such as client specification, code and standard. Good knowledge of plant layout, process commissioning design basis, philosophy, simulation and calculation, piping specification, etc. Able to work under minimum supervision and work under pressure, able to work based on target time (target oriented), analytical knowledge and report writing capabilities. Have enough supervisory skill to manage a team of technician and drafters, be able to coordinate within the discipline and other disciplines, and a fast learner and a team worker.
