Ingenious reservoir engineer with more than 8 years of E&P operator experience with proven analytical skills. I have worked in structurally complex NFR & sandstone reservoirs having sharp compositional gradients in condensates & volatile oils. Spectrum of experience spans from reservoir management & surveillance planning to inhouse simulation studies along with stake holder management.

Here is the detail my experience;

·       Completed inhouse simulation studies for naturally fracture carbonates and clastic reservoirs, which involved classical reservoir engineering evaluations (DCA/RTA, SCAL, well models, PVT, PTA, material balance), G&G support during static modeling, initialization, history matching & forecasting. Post completion of said studies defended the work from HQ consultants & relevant JV teams, which resulted in maturation of multiple opportunities.

·       Designed, monitored, and interpreted pressure transient data for production and injection wells using analytical & numerical models along with advance techniques like deconvolution.

·       Devised sampling guidelines, performed initial PVT characterization with QA/QC of initial lab data and suggested required experiments.

·       Developed and validated EOS (Equation of State) models for gas condensate and oil reservoirs in consideration of compositional gradients.

·       Developed and defended 1P, 2P & 3P short- & long-term production profiles along with variance analysis using classical RE and simulation tools.

·       Prepared and defended reserves updates from HQ technical committees, partners & regulatory authorities in reserves and resource booking cycles.

·       Evaluated/proposed infill well opportunities in mature fields along with sidetracks/workovers.

·       Conducted basic economic evaluations for best cases from the multiple scenario projects.

·       Formulated reservoir engineering inputs & data acquisition/reservoir surveillance strategy for intervention, well testing campaigns, completion, and drilling programs.

·       Provided technical inputs in new venture/business development proposals.

·       Delivered as well as supported in timely submission of field development plans.

·       Identified & matured production optimization opportunities (add/re-perforations/stimulations/WSO/scale removal etc.) working with multi-disciplinary integrated teams in consideration of well logs, PLT’s, production history, network bottle necks, plant constraints and reservoir models.

·       Participated in 3^rd party reserves audit/reservoir studies by providing inputs, data, sharing comments and holding meetings.

·       Devised and implemented production allocation strategies for commingle measured gas condensate/oil wells & fields.

·       Participated in water disposal candidate selection study along with continuous monitoring for injection well parameter optimization for sustainable injection.

·       Analyzed and defined production strategies with plant and operations integrated teams during planned/unplanned production from producing wells.

·       Revamped well/field production allocation model incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) for multiple assets post leading an internal study covering well head to plant or to custody transfer points.

·       Non-operated assets field management along with stakeholder alignment.

·       Planned and real time monitored MDT for pretest optimization, fluid sampling and pressure transient data acquisition.

·       Visited multiple well site for intervention, DST’s, and completion operations during early years of my career.

·       Database management (which included reconciliation, maintenance, and analysis) of all the historical production data of assigned assets.

·       Prepared, participated, and presented in TCM with JV partners.
