KEY HIGHLIGHTS • Managed engineering, procurement, site construction, commissioning, and start-up activities of all O&G facilities projects as Project manager, Construction and Commissioning manager. • Managed Turnkey projects (Design, Built, Operate and Maintain or DBOOM) and EPCC project for Gas Compression and Oil Processing Facilities projects with excellent track record on fast track (onshore/offshore projects) to complete ahead of schedule. These include five thousand (5000) Tons topside offshore decks, 20 MMCFD gas Compression Plant facilities and 10,000 B/P of Oil Production facilities less than 10 months from the awarded date and DBOOM project for record breaking of less than 8 months. • Managed pipeline projects: Pipeline inspection, testing and commissioning. This includes exports pipelines, inter plant pipelines, metering stations, pipeline booster station, pig traps facilities and offshore pipelines. • 20+ years of experience as a Project Design Engineer for pre-Feed/concept Selection /FEED engineering, details engineering design, project's contracting and procurement of material and equipment. Well knowledgeable in DEP, Oxy, BG's standards and Industry Best Practice/ International Standards. • 14+ years of extensive experience working at construction site of Onshore Plant and onshore Off-plot facilities and off-plot optimization especially on Brown Fields development in Middle East area. • Managed and led shutdown works during execution of the Brown field Projects. Activities include planning, details work packs, tags, and bags of material and logistic to execute the shutdown works in life plant / brown field for both Onshore and Offshore facilities, shutdown tie-ins, hot taps, and use of Habitat in life plant. • Having extensive experience in Operation projects which include new RO plant, Fire system, Fire station, Fuel station, road improvement, helipads, replacement of leaked or corroded piping/pipeline, pumps, etc. • HSE activities involvement in life plant area and had worked as HSE coordinator and permit authorization to manage site HSE.
