Having gained a diverse range of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry spanning 30 years in drilling / completion fluids, Well bore clean-up & Waste management. I have good experience of solids control equipment’s, Shaker screens and fluids relationships to drilling waste management processes, most of these skills were acquired while working with Halliburton Energy Services (Baroid) in different Countries, I write with great interest to be considered for the position. I have worked for Halliburton (Baroid) as Principal Technical Professional (Technical Focal Point for Drilling and Completion Fluids, Logistic and drilling waste management) in the office (after 12 years in the field) in different Countries managing high profile jobs and contracts, ranging from SNEPCo Deep water project in Nigeria, BP Gas Land Rigs Drilling Project in Hassi Messaoud, Algeria, Total Deep-water project in Luanda, Angola. HTHP, MPD and PMCD / Deep water Projects for PETRONAS Carigali / BAYAN Development well projects and Shell-Sarawak Deep water drilling and Completion operations in Malaysia. Also worked in Australia for Baroid-Halliburton on EXXONMOBIL INTERNATIONAL Deep-water Operations, Ocean Monarch Rig, Sculpin-1 Well. I have worked as Cement, Fluids and Waste management advisor for various operators. I currently work as Drilling / Completion Fluids, Waste Management and Cement Advisor-SME for Mubadala Petroleum (MDC Oil & Gas) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I hold RP-T Residence pass which permits me to live and work in Malaysia till December 2026.

A physical and energetic individual with hands on approach. I welcome the opportunity to provide technical and operational input at the well site and office, whilst contributing to part of development of key operational system and process. I have demonstrated a wealth of expertise in drilling / completion fluids, Waste Management and Well Bore Clean up, as well as Waste Management while working in the field, office and in personnel management. I am vast in the handling of various kinds of drilling and Completion fluids, ranging from water base mud, Oil Base mud, and high-density brine. I am also vast in well bore clean up pills and procedures. I have also been the focal points for drilling and completion fluids while drilling multi-lateral wells, HTHP wells and in Pressurized Mud Cap Drilling (P.M.C.D) wells (NC-3 Field Drilling Campaign for PETRONAS and Mubadala Petroleum Pegaga field drilling campaign). I amassed wealth of experience while working for Halliburton as a Field Engineer and in the office as Drilling / Completion Fluids, Well Bore Clean up and Waste Management Focal Point for Operators drilling operations. I am dedicated to mentoring and personnel development, highly experience in well and logistic planning. I have worked as a Consultant Drilling / Completions Fluids, Cement and Waste Management Advisor (SME) for ConocoPhillips in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia., currently working in same role for PETRONAS PPBL in Brazil.

Committed to professional development, I have completed various training and courses related to drilling with special reference to Drilling and Fluids Optimization to reduce stuck pipes, unscheduled drilling events and other relevant courses related to drilling fluids for well deliveries at record time. My vast knowledge in various kind of drilling/ completion fluids systems and drilling waste management based on my long years of experience has also help me to be able to identify and know how to provide solutions to most drilling and completions fluids related well bore problems ranging from Lost Circulation, Shale problems, Stuck pipe, Products optimization, well bore clean-up for optimal production and the right fluids design etc., This is crucial because if all these drilling and completion fluids related problems are proactively identified and mitigated. Operators will save huge amounts of money and time. I am committed to good service quality delivery and record time well delivery.
