My previous role at Favelle Favco has exposed me to various types of projects, whether they are onshore or offshore. I learned to work in teams that included both unexperienced workers and subject matter experts (SME) in the offshore crane industry. At Favco, I was able to flourish as an effective engineer by doing all the hands-on work, which strengthened the bond between me and my coworkers.

I also had the opportunity to work onshore at Muhibbah Telok Gong yard on a cabin crane replacement project and a ringer crane 100-ton load test. From both onshore projects, I have learned more about heavy lifting procedures and equipment for rigging. Next, I had experience working offshore at EnQuest Seligi Field for preventive maintenance and crane load testing for all platforms. It was a fantastic experience for me because the offshore mobilization gave me the feeling of being away from family and without internet access.
