I am a graduate of Chemical Engineering adept at HSE- MS with core experience gained over fourteen years of HSE experience from Valaris group (DS-10) in deep water operations, UNITERM NIG. LIMITED (Q7000), Transocean Support Services Limited (Drilling Units and SEMI-SUBMERSIBLE RIGS), Shelf Drilling Nigeria ( Jack-Up Rigs), Worldwide Technical Services, WTS (FPSO) and OCO Industrial Services Limited (CNL & ExxonMobil). I have worked successfully on drilling rigs, FPSO, Escravos terminal on a construction project, etc. I’m an experienced safety professional who has successfully delivered WORK-OVER AND DRILLINGS PROJECTS both onshore and offshore including deep water operations.
I successfully delivered oil and gas construction projects (civil, mechanical & electrical/instrumentation scopes). I have successfully supervised HSE activities onboard a FPSO facility as the facility HSE supervisor.
I am a team player with skills in Safety Communications and Presentations, BBS, HAZID, PHA/HAZOP, PTW System, Critical lifting safety, Incident investigation and reporting, Inspection/Auditing, Risk Assessment, Emergency Response. I bagged NEBOSH IGC with distinction and other relevant HSE certifications.
I have over the years reduced the HSE budgets of my employers by over 30% through proactive interventions on HSE related matters and enormous strength directed on leading safety KPIs. I have successfully achieved zero downtime from safety related issues in the course of my safety duties. Through my skills, I have achieved the emergence of a workforce that thrives on healthy competitions where good safety culture is a lifestyle.
I have been fully vaccinated with the Oxford/Astrazeneca vaccine. (see attached)
