Worked in the field of Asset Integrity Management (AIM) of mechanical static equipment specialising in Risk-based Inspection (RBI) since Year 2010 starting from the time in PETRONAS Penapisan (Terengganu) Sdn. Bhd., a then, 30 years old crude refinery in the east of Semenanjung Malaysia. Developed most of the technical capabilities in AIM particularly in corrosion study, RBI analysis and Fitness for Service (FFS) assessment beginning Year 2013 in SGS (M) Sdn. Bhd. Experienced supporting clients in multiple industries – oil refinery, polymer manufacturing, petrochemical and oil production. Certified as an RBI Professional and TTT Certified Trainer within the duration of service with SGS. Certified as a Professional Engineer by BEM after successfully passing the Professional Assessment Examination (PAE) in Year 2019. Passed the assessment conducted by Velosi Training Institute LLC in Year 2022 that qualifies as a Certified Asset Integrity Professional. Well versed in applying related design and in-service codes in developing solutions to the problem of concern, particularly API 581 and API 579. Has hands-on experience in the usage of Meridium, GE-APM, Synergi Plant, Alpha-phe, Signal FFS and Integriwise software solutions.
