I have more than 15 years of extensive experience in the oil & gas industry (offshore and onshore or combination of both offshore and onshore). My experience covered most stages of the project: Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Detailed Design Engineering (DDE), Construction, Hook-Up, Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning, even in some parts of conceptual design. My core discipline area is Instrument and Control System (plus Telecommunication System) and have been the key persons for major instrument packages such as Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS), Distributed Control System (DCS), Fire Alarm Control Panel and Fire Suppression System, Custody Ultrasonic Gas Metering System, Pressure Reducing Station, Wellhead Control Panel, Analyzer System, Automatic Tank Gauging System, Control Valves, Shutdown Valves, Manual On/Off Valves, Motor Operated Valves, Pressure Safety Valves, Field Transmitter, Telecommunication System, etc. In addition, my experience also includes major involvement in the development of electrical packages (MCC / Switchgear, UPS, etc.), mechanical packages (Heater System, CO2 Snuffing Packages) and HVAC systems. My project experience covered greenfield and brownfield project of offshore wellhead platform, refinery and petrochemical complex, onshore receiving facility, offshore and onshore pipeline, offshore offloading platform, power plant, storage tank area and LPG Terminal. I have experience in becoming Lead Engineer on several occasions, i.e. Lead Instrument, Control and Telecom Engineer for JAWA 1 Project (JV or Pertamina, Marubeni and Sojitz), Lead Instrument & Control Engineer for Bukit Tua Infill Wells Project (Petronas) and as Lead Telecom Engineer for Su Tu Nau Wellhead Platforms FEED Project (CLJOC). I had coordination and interface experience as Project Coordinator during my tenure in TOSHIBA for DCS Migration at Tanjung Jati B Power Plant Unit 1 and JAWA 1 Project (as additional role), which improved my comprehensiveness in knowledge about project execution, coordination and interface.
