1. Familiar with smart plan review (SPR), Navis work, Constructsim software, Autocad and Ms. office 2. Experience construction for piping, structure refinery, structure module & platform, structure jacket platform and jacket wind farm project. 3. Experience with piping engineering, construction and commissioning process and interface with other discipline 4. Familiar with international standard of piping engineering such as ASME B31.3 Process Piping, ANSI B 16, API 5L, API 6D, API 600 etc 5. Familiar with ICAPS ( Integrated Commissioning and Progress System ), OPERCOMM software and Zenator software for support System Completion (SC) and Commissioning & Start-up (CSU) project phase 6. Experience on pre-commissioning and commissioning system and subsystem 7. Experience on develop structure work package, piping work package, hook-up work package and mechanical completion. 8. Experience on preparation, manage and monitoring project schedule 9. Manage project from start until finish the project (from mobilization, prepare support, construction, handover until demobilization) 10. Manage budget and cost for material supply, manpower loading and equipment loading 11. Experience on interface between site engineering, QA/QC department and engineering department for coordination and resolve the site issue
