ü Understand the scope of work to be executed and prepare procedures and policies are in line with project scope of work.
ü Identify & mitigate the construction issues in design phase.
ü Monitor the construction progress Structural & Piping on a daily/weekly/monthly basis & provide reports to the Project Manager. Ensure milestones are understood & are being met.
ü Carried out fabrication, execution & installation of onshore pipeline for Bul Hanine project in Halul Island, Qatar with subcontractor Galfar.
ü Carried out hydrotesting, gauging, pigging for Bul Hanine Project in Qatar with subcontractor TransAsia pipeline.
ü Carried out N2- He leak testing with subcontractor TransAsia pipeline.
ü Perform golden joints in splash zone area with proper precaution and necessary arrangement
ü Preserved the pipeline with nitrogen at 2 bars.
ü Performed dewatering activity inside the sea with proper arrangement and necessary approval taken from environment ministry.
ü Carried out intelligent pigging with proper coordination of vendor Rosen
ü Commissioning of all equipment's and instruments with team members
ü Successfully changeover the pipeline from 20” to 16” and handover the line to production with proper shutdown (SIMOPS).
ü De-cruding the existing 20” line with proper chemical by proper coordinating with vendor and client
ü Preserved the existing 20” pipeline with less than 15 ppm with 3 bar and handover the line to client for observation
ü Completion of fabrication in accordance with the scope of work, contract specifications and requirements.
ü Approve bid tabulations for all major purchase orders.
ü Directing work to sub-contractors, supervising & evaluate contractors claims & make recommendation to accept/reject/negotiate & prepare final VO submissions for approval.
ü Project risk identification and risk response planning.
ü Utilized the Earned Value Management (EVM) for performance analysis and forecasting.
ü Preparation of list of hook up material & work pack for hook up activity.
ü Proper coordination for spool fabrication, erection, painting, testing, leak testing, flange management, heat tracing, insulation & preservation
ü Leading the Hydro test meeting on daily basis for better planning.
ü Raise material requisition for consumables as well as commissioning items and maintain record.
ü Raise technical query to client for any unclear information on drawing / specifications & unfeasible task in the field.
ü Planning of resources, material procurement, fixtures required for production & transportation of the job.
ü Maintaining critical projects documents like MTO, sub-contractor register, additional work register etc.
ü Coordination/organizing meetings with Client, Vendor & Sub contractor.
ü Report and take remedial actions on schedule slippages.
ü Check impact of deliverable delays on project schedule and advice Project Manager.
ü Maintain functional links with unit heads in the project viz, Engineering, Planning, Quality, HSE, Production, Accounts, Procurement, Quantity Survey, Admistration etc.
ü Provide input into the scheduling of projects, which meets the client required date & maintain resources to acceptable level.
ü Captures lessons learned, communicates lessons to other project teams and implements lessons learned in future project planning
ü Coordinate with different vendor for different activities. Name of vendors are ACT, APS, Unique Wellube, SLM, Claymore, Al Swiss, PEMCO, Lloyds Register, RDC, Mifab, Nash, Chalmers, Axist, Lobster television etc.
ü Project Material Reconciliation at L&T Sohar, Oman Yard & Jebel Ali Yard, Dubai.
ü Participate in Weighing & Load Out activities.
