Hi my name is syafiqah. Currently, I work as an Assistant Human Resources Manager at CHN International Sdn Bhd, where I manage payroll, employee benefits, and HR operations but since the company will be moving to shah alam, commuting from ampang will be challenging for me.

Previously, as a Human Resources Supervisor at Cosl Drilling Pan Pacific Sdn Bhd, I established HR policies, managed ISO 9001 documentation, and handled recruitment, expatriate work permits, and employee grievances. Before that, as a Senior HR cum Administration Executive at YCY Concept Sdn Bhd, I developed employee handbooks, managed recruitment, payroll, and foreign worker processes, and supported administrative and procurement tasks.

I am passionate about creating efficient processes and fostering a positive workplace environment.
