Selva Prakash has 30 years Safety, Risk, HSE & Asset Integrity experience, mostly oil & gas operations and projects, in Malaysia, Singapore, Myanmar, Brunei, Indonesia, UAE, Qatar and India. He is familiar with HSSE and Technical Safety Standards, Codes and Practices such as API, ASME, NFPA and Industry Best Practices in PETRONAS, Shell, QatarEnergy. He has the worldwide multi cultural experience and has proven capabilities on FEED, Basic Design, Detailed Design, Commissioning and O&M roles. Selva is a technical HSE lead on major oil, gas and chemical projects. He is an experienced practitioner of risk assessment/risk reduction techniques and also experienced in closure demonstration of residual risk acceptance for major projects and leading organizations. He has shown effective HSE implementation in facilities design, construction, installation, commissioning and operation. Selva is currently providing risk consultancy, specializing in technical HSE for oil and gas major hazard assessment and investigative studies.
