A graduate from Universiti Kuala Lumpur, Malaysian Institue of Marine Engineering Technology with Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Shipbuilding and over 10 years of experience as an Offshore Construction and Field Engineer in the oil and gas industry, I have successfully led and executed a variety of offshore construction and brownfield modification projects. My expertise spans asset integrity restoration, project management, workpack development, HSE compliance, and multi-disciplinary coordination.
In my current role at Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd, I am leading the execution of Asset Integrity Findings (AIF) backlog closure activities for offshore construction scopes, overseeing contractors, managing resource loading, and ensuring HSE and quality requirements are met. I have consistently delivered high-impact projects ahead of schedule, with a track record of zero incidents. I am particularly proud of my leadership in the transition of ISO 9001:2015 standards, where I spearheaded the documentation development and quality management alignment, leading to a successful audit with zero non-conformities.
Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in procurement, mechanical/piping engineering and stakeholder management, successfully executing major brownfield campaigns and I am well-versed in developing detailed construction workpacks, technical bid evaluations, and managing onshore fabrication activities, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly from design to completion.
I am confident that my hands-on experience in offshore construction, coupled with my strong leadership abilities and commitment to safety, would enable me to make a valuable contribution to the company project delivery and operational excellence. I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to your team and further discuss how my qualifications align with your company’s objectives.
