I have over Thirty-Five (35) years' experience in the Petrochemical and onshore/offshore facilities in oil and gas industry. Lead process team of 20 no's engineers and designers. Experience gained while working for Operating Companies (such as Indian Petrochemicals, Shell, Petronas, Qatar Petroleum, ADMA-OPCO, Lukoil etc.) and Design Consultants (Technip, Worley Parsons, McDermott) covering all aspects of engineering including Operations / Troubleshooting and optimization of distillation columns operating at wide temperature ranges, feasibility studies, technical evaluation, conceptual and detailed design. Greenfield design of Crude Distillation, De ethaniser columns for Kupe Development project and Gissar Project for Lukoil. Familiar with BP regulations while working for Umm-Shaif project of ADMA-OPCO. As Lead Process Engineer, design experience in high CO2 content gases (more than 50 mole %) and associated cold temperatures issues in wellhead platforms while working on CPOC project. Aware of design requirements in high H2S concentration well fluids (upto 600 ppm) while working on Qatar Petroleum FEED project. Widely used and fully conversant with BP Regulations, EU Directives, Shell DEP, NORSOK, GPSA, API and MOTS guidelines and practices while working with Shell Philippines (SPEX), Shell Sarawak Bhd (SSB), Qatar Petroleum (QP), Woodside Petroleum (WP), Petrobras, Maersk and Shell Todd Oil Services (STOS). Extensive experience has been attained with many of the process simulation packages, namely HYSIM, HYSYS, STX, ACX, FLARENET, HTRI, HTFS programs. Extensive Flare system validation of an onshore production facility (STOS, NZ), checking offshore flare system for facility upgrade (JVPC) and feasibility study of Greenfield flare system (Umm Shaif).
