- Developing and implementing ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), Quality Management Plan (PQMP), Project Quality Plan (PQP) , Project and Performing Project Auditing for necessary vendor, contractors & suppliers involved in project.
- Prepare, Review Work Procedure & ITP- Develop, execute and implement Project Quality Control, Inspection, Testing and Surveillance Program activities through proactive Quality surveillance, setting up RFI system, right selection of competent personnel in order to ensure design and constructed facilities comply with the intended project specifications, approved ITP along with building code and quality compliance.
- Coordinate, consolidate and establish Project Quality Performance Reports and Quality communication platform through reporting submission to Head of Quality, and relevant stakeholders, attendance in periodic meetings (Project Management, Progress and Coordination Meeting etc.), consolidation of Quality alerts, Non-Conformance, Quality meetings and Management Review to ensure independent and transparent Quality reporting to relevant stakeholders & Contractors.
- Engage and handle projects relation on an ongoing basis & timeline, budgeting (CAPEX and OPEX), evaluating progress & quality and managing issue resolution/remedial action as necessary - Demonstrate knowledge of all areas (technical & administration) with site inspection, strategic meetings & compliance strategy, performing quality audit system, record throughout project phases.
- To meet the project key performance index related matters, including the acceptance quality submission of documentation, Non-Conformance, Observation and Etc,
- Collaborate with project manager, construction manager, engineers, vendor & subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues and improve process efficiency.
- Manage the project team for civil & architecture inspection tools & checklist and snag list with Consultant and ICC (Independent Checking Consultant).
- Managing and lead the Document Controller (DC) team for project Quality Management System
- Develop and manage quality assurance matters in term of Risk and Opportunities for each department in the project. Ability to conduct Ad hoc meetings with relevant parties/ specialist/ consultant/ vendor as and when necessary.
- To conduct and lead the Internal Audit according to the Audit Plan or as needed.
- Lead, plan, organize and direct the project, process workflow and archiving process - Facilitate all necessary documents submission including Final Account and handover.
