Qualification : More than 11 years experience in Mechanical Engineering & Field Engineer. Complete experience from FEED project, proposal, and EPC project execution for oil & gas, petrochemical, and power plan. Summary regular activity, Project Start stage activity such as, Mechanical Engineering Project execution plan, verification Man-Hour budget, Scheduling and planning distribution work load for engineer and other preparation work. Basic engineering stage activity such as, prepare datasheet, engineering drawing, loading data preliminary, specification and other technical data which used for preliminary work, Before purchase order stage activity such as; Technical Requisition for request vendor technical and commercial quotation, Technical Clarification before PO, Technical Bid Evaluation, Cost Bid Evaluation). After Purchase order stage activity such as; Engineering detail design phase, vendor print review, fabrication shop inspection (if required), performance shop test inspection, packing, delivery and other's support activity to ensure equipment design meet with the technical requirement (Local regulation, client specification/requirement, code and standard, and optimization design to keep equipment cost within the budget. Construction stage activity as Field Engineer to support construction team at site; Able to read Piping & Instrument Diagram (P&ID), Familiar with Codes/Standard such as ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessels, Tubular Exchanger Manufactures Association (TEMA), HEI, API, etc. Have experience with Mechanical Software such as PV Elite, Compress, AME-Tank, and also AutoCAD.
