The constructability review help ensure that a construction project is well-planned, feasible, and capable of being built efficiently and safely. Risk assessment identifies potential risks and uncertainties associated with the construction project, including technical, financial, regulatory, and environmental risks. The risks are then prioritized and mitigated, as necessary.

·      Successful Contractor/ Sub-Contractor Management: this requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, interpersonal abilities, and a keen eye for details. Most times than not, I play a pivotal role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while minimizing risks and disputes. I effectively manage change orders with contractors, demonstrating adept negotiation skills and a keen ability to assess the impact of changes on project timelines and budgets. I implement streamlined processes that ensures transparency, minimizes disputes, and facilitates collaborative resolutions, resulting in successful project outcomes. I demonstrate exceptional communication skills in facilitating clear and concise documentation, ensuring contractual compliance, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere to address challenges promptly and amicably, thereby maintaining project momentum and successful project delivery.

·      Contractor/ Client Engagement: I am experienced in establishing and maintaining strong contractor/ client relationships, ensuring that project objectives align with the company’s and project’s expectations and objectives.

·      Reporting: I regularly communicate project progress and performance to stakeholders through status reports, dashboards, and meetings. Always, I ensure that information is relevant to each audience's needs.
