In my current role as HSE Engineer/ Specialist in Operational HSE at Velesto Energy Berhad (Velesto Energy Drilling), I and my team developed and implemented comprehensive safety programs (BIF Champions Rings) that resulted in a significant decrease in workplace accidents and injuries especially on my supervision Rig (Previously at NAGA 2, NAGA 6 and currently at NAGA 8). I and QHSE Advisor conducted regular safety inspections, identified potential hazards, and worked closely with management to ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations. My proactive approach to safety management led to a reduction in incidents on my supervision rig (NAGA 2 and NAGA 6) compared to 2022 focusing on personnel injuries.
