Eleven years of experience designing and constructing large Oil & Gas plants with specific knowledge of the Power Plant, Hydrocracking, Steam‐assisted gravity drainage (SAGD), Hydrotreaters, Gas treatment and Jetties. Knowledge of the engineering workflow during each project step (BID, Basic, FEED, EPC) and skill to interface with other engineering functions. Competence in estimating BID project engineering manhours and materials budget based on the project quantities. Capability to identify the relevant project deliverables and define and issue the documents of competence based on the scope of work. Capability to estimate the needed number of resources and their skill to meet project milestones and targets. Competence in Modularization strategy and design for pipe racks, reactor structures, process structures, and buildings. Knowledge of the construction workflow process of a large‐scale plant (Project Manager, Construction Manager, Civil and Mechanical Superintendents, QA/QC Manager, Project Control Manager, HSE Manager). Structural Design of the following item: • Pipe rack structures in steel and precast concrete. • Process structures in steel and concrete. • Foundation for Reactors, Vessels, Exchangers, Tanks, Flares. • Foundation design for vibrating Machinery such as pumps, compressors, and turbines. • Buildings blast resistant, compressor shelter, bulk storage building for urea plant. • Prilling tower for Urea Plant. • Modularized buildings and structures, including the structural analysis during land and sea transportation and lifting. • Dynamic analysis using FEM for designing foundations for compressors and turbines. • Design steel structure connections and precast concrete connections. • Design of Piles in concrete and steel. • Cooling tower • Marine terminal I am self‐motivated, and I love to take on new challenges.
