HSE Professional with +17 yrs experience in the oilfield, both onshore and offshore with high demand projects with main Oil Operators developing positions from Advisor to Operations Superintendent with opportunity to handle several departments on projects and +20 persons under my supervision. Experience goes from high quality performance on the activities always following the most strict safety and quality standards from international, local and company internal regulations achieving remarkable results expressed on monthly KPIs presented to high direction and government. Participate into major gas project certification under ISO:18001 and ISO:45001 at same time, achieving goal with ZERO NON CONFORMANCES, being the first company in the area to obtains such distinction. 

As part of mentioned experience could be mentioned Incident Management, Oil Spill Response, Crisis Management, Process Safety follow up and audit, Behave Based on Safety with application of focus into main characteristics of involved personnel in order to create an ownership during their activities as natural behave not commanded by a System. Strong knowledge on the preparedness of liaison opportunities between Company and Contractors on a yearly basis with performing of major meeting (forum) in order to get a closer approach from both sides and create/maintain a direct compromise from highest direction with operations at all levels. 

Also have capability to create and perform dedicated training to all personnel (from direction level to auxiliary) in all those required areas, increasing effectiveness at the moment of activities performing.
