I am Maya Kartika Sari, an experienced OSP Planning and Design Engineer with 2 years 3 months of expertise in designing, managing, and maintaining outside plant infrastructure for telecommunications networks at PT ZTE Indonesia. My skills include overseeing the deployment of fiber optics, copper cables, and other physical infrastructure for both urban and rural projects. I have a strong background in planning (develop and review FTTH designs, bugdet and resource management, route analysis, and coordinating with contractors to ensure successful project execution while meeting industry standards and regulatory requirements.

In my previous roles, I have successfully led projects involving fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) networks,and optimized network performance through strategic planning and troubleshooting. My focus on quality, safety, and efficiency has contributed to the timely delivery of several high-profile projects.
