I’m graduated from Civil engineer. And in my professional career as engineer, I have been involve and work with various Constructions Company, design consultant and Timor-Leste government institution. During these years I have been involve with many project such as International port construction, , road project, drainage and dam FS study for water supply.

One of mega project that I have been involve with is construction of International Port in Tibar Timor-Leste, where this is the largest PPP project in Timor-Leste which through Design and Build (BD) scheme. The cost of this project is US$ 490 million.Where I am involve star from reclamation work, Piling, reclamation soil strengthening work ,quay wall and drainage work and other facilities construction. And other is 5 km Fly over preliminary Study in Dili Center

           Currently I’m working with Ministry of Strategic Planning and Investment in Timor-Leste. And I hold position as a civil engineer specialist where my main task is give a technical assistance to infrastructure Fund department relating to infrastructure planning and infrastructure project appraisal.

Throughout these experiences I have a wide experiences and Knowledge in many areas such as project management, project monitoring, quality control, and site assessment, bill of quantity analysis, project report and presentation.

           Technically, I have an excellent communication skills both to coordinate with national and International counterparts, excellent in project management starts from project planning, project implementation and project evaluation.
