 Accomplished various types and units of newbuild MODU Rigs (7th gen UDW Semi-submersible & Cyber Jack-Up) and Offshore vessels.  Provide technical support and site supervisory during Pre-fab/Fabrication, Installation / Lifting / Alignment, Mechanical Completion and Pre-commissioning then Commissioning of mechanical and machinery both static and rotating systems and packages, HVAC and LQ/Accommodation, insulation (thermal & acoustic) and Fire protection (active & passive) including LSA/FFA.  Supervise discipline engineering and procurement deliveries, and participate in Constructability Review, HAZID / HAZOP, and 3D Modelling.  Perform all discipline engineering assignments (independently or in team), review and comments detailed designs, ITP procedures, provide Technical Proposal & solution, and solving site queries by ensuring comply with all applicable rules, regulations, class requirements and project specification.  Overseeing, inspect and ensure all equipment & machinery preservation procedure are applied and followed by contractor/yard & sub-contractors as per Vendor/OEM and company standard, generate punch list prior installation and after installed on board.  Survey, audit and inspect MODU rig condition and equipment then Ready to Drill Integration test (SIT), as well as site supervision and coordination of BWTS and N2 system retrofit and fitment projects.  Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME), mentor and resource in engineering disciplines (Mechanical, utility and marine, HVAC/LQ, Insulation, Piping, maintenance) for other engineers and inspectors.  Coordinate with other disciplines for optimum mechanical layouts, then review of contractor, sub contractors and vendor documentation, and handle interface matters with relevant parties.  Witness and comments/punch list at FAT and SAT of mechanical machinery and equipment.  Onsite supervision and ensure piping contractors working within the latest approved AFC drawings, project specification and ITP for all fabrication, fit-up, reinstatement, hot oil/chemical flushing and blowing as well in hydro/pressure/leak test and must comply with all aspects
