Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Mechanical with 15 years experiences, for both upstream and downstream oil and gas industry, specializing in piping engineering, inspection, painting and blasting processes. Certified Radiographic Interpreter, Welding and Ultrasonic Inspection. A team-player of the Quality Control and Assurance team in the organization I am and had been, responsibility includes but not limited to material planning, budgeting, cost control, scheduling, engineering, and work execution. This includes EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning), and operations and maintenances. Well verse in codes and standards (ASME II Part A, B and C, ASME V, ASME VIII, ASME IX, API 650, PCC 2, etc) and understanding the project requirement, able to liaise with the 3rd party inspection companies and subcontractor representative related to the inspection matter. Lead a group of inspectors, material handlers, supervisors and foreman in achieving project dateline and quality targets.
