I amassed 16+ years of experience in Oil & Gas industry (Both Exploration & Refinery Business) out of which 10+ Years of FPSO (Offshore) and 5 Years of Refinery FCCU, Gas Processing, Treatment, MEROX Treaters experience with 5 Commissioning Projects and 3 Annual Shutdown Projects.
Worked at various positions for 3 Indian Leading Oil & Gas Companies in which i am pivotal in various commissioning, revamping and annual turnaround projects. Commissioned India's first Ultra-Deepwater Gas Projects R-Cluster, Satellite Cluster and MJ Fields Production.
As a Production Supervisor , Experienced and led all phases of FPSO RUBY Project i.e from FAT, Hull & Topside Modules erection, Yard Commissioning, Sea Trails, Sailing, Subsea Hookup, STP buoy connection, Offshore Commissioning and RFHC, 72 Hrs Performance Test to Steady State Operations phase. Commissioned 1 FPSO, 1 Onshore Gas Plant, 2 Refinery FCCU Projects successfully. Handled 2 Refinery Turnarounds and Revamping Projects and 1 Onshore Gas plant modification Project.
Adept in Subsea Facilities Commissioning and Well Head Operations, Gas Treatment & Processing, Gas Compression, FCCU Operations and MEROX Treaters. Played a key role in Reviewing and Implementing ICSS & ESD Control Systems successfully for FPSO Ruby and Onshore Gas Plant Projects.
