About

 Well versed with the concepts and practices of piping engineering as well as methods of piping stress analysis for onshore/offshore oil and gas projects such as Floating production units (FPSO), production platforms (FIXED PALTFORMS), LNG production units, floating LNG vessels, petrochemical, chemical and refinery projects.  Proposal management including Cost estimate for Engineering, Co-ordination with Engineering disciplines, Submission of techno-commercial offer as well as interaction with Clients.  Project Handover to Engineering with controlled budgeted man-hrs., hardware & software requirements once project is awarded.  Comprehensive knowledge of the scope of work and budget of Piping Engineering and Design  Sound knowledge of piping materials and piping Industrial standards like ASME B & PV Code, ABS, ASME B31.3, and API codes & standards, UKOOA for GRE piping, NEMA SN23,EJMA  The piping systems analyzed using Codes B31.3, ISO 13623 & DNV OS-F101,  Knowledge of AIV/FIV Analysis using Energy Institute Guidelines ( EI), SAUDI ARAMCO STDs, BP.  Good exposure to piping stress analysis (using CAESAR- II ) of lines connected to compressor, cryogenic piping, heat exchanges, pressure vessels, columns, pumps centrifugal compressors, turbines, air coolers, ammonia storage tanks, rack piping, fire heaters, GRE piping, offshore bridge piping etc.,  Formulating and evolving the methodology for all the critical calculations & miscellaneous calculations.  Sound project management, organizational and interpersonal skills  Preparing basic stress analysis document like, job specifications, work instructions to be followed by engineers for stress analysis, specifications and data sheets for procurement.  Sound project management, organizational and interpersonal skills  Develop the project piping classes for all process and utility piping material Specification, wall thickness calculation etc.  Create a list and maintain data sheets for piping special items such as hose and hose coupling.  Compile the piping material requisition with all additional documents.
